Lesson 12: ICT Project for Social Change Now that we know what platforms we can use to campaign for social change, it's time to know how to plan a campaign and put it into motion. Creating a Concept Paper A concept paper is used to tell all the details of your project and to convince people that your project is possible. This is important in the especially before the project starts in order to find out the potential mistakes in your project. There are 5 elements in a concept paper: 1. Introduction - This is where you should write the mission and vision your group and a brief introduction to your project. 2.
